It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver.
People keep on asking me bout my health and how do i manage to stay healthy and fit. I get up early from bed and walk for 30 mins and than meditate for 15 mins because it helps me to stay energetic for the whole day.After coming back home i drink a cup of black tea with lemon and talking bout hydration i drink 6-8 glasses of water in a day. Start drinking 8-10 glasses of water especially during summers or coconut water. I never miss out my breakfast before leaving from home even if i am running late.I mostly prefer having fruits,salads,soups,juices or a glass of milk. Options for breakfast:-sprouts,muesli,boiled eggs,seasonal fruits,vegetable salad,sandwich,brown bread and avoid having heavy food beacuse of which you'll feel lazy the whole day. Coming to a balanced meal i prefer having pulses,soups,seasonal fruits,seasonal vegetables with chapatis. Aditi.
